Luckily our HS Index also includes 003.HK; 700.HK; 1093.HK; 1177.HK; 2020.HK; 2382.HK, ... all of them are popularly not valued by simply book values.Everyone Add Oil!^_^
實際上,過去十年來,本地地產股跑輸食品價格。
也對, 地產股從來沒有什麼值得炫耀, 同極高的利潤不相乎.....
香港地產股,感覺唔會大升,樓價上升空間不多,但下降空間卻有
四大好多業務都開始不在香港了, 不過恐怕還要減一次值才見真章
零售股應該還有空間下跌,我會密切留意
HKTV....日本城.....升到脫離我的想像....好似係疫情受惠股咁.....
