Dont buy 778 la, It go to buy sg prop at 3%-4%..Why not just cancel the trade and repurchase for 9%..
Don't buy any REITs unless it offers return as high as risk free rate (now is about 4%) +3-4% (i.e. 7-8%) with high quality underlying properties. For lower quality, ask for higher premium.
