買入希慎, REITS

 20.2 買4000 股, 慢慢買...


後記, REITS 打大折, 忍唔住啦~~

賣出941 2000 股 @51.4

賣出883 10000 股@ 9.7

賣出762 20000 股 @3.69


買入778  30000股  @5.85

買入 2778 20000股 @2.89

買入 第一太平30000 股 @2.55

買入 934   20000股 @ 2.28


個組合又平衡番D了

  3. 883今日全程回購,由9.56至9.98都有回購,最低價到最高價都買,買左1998萬股。菲律賓新總统想同中國合作在菲律賓近岸共同開採汽油田,若中國首肯,中海油又有著數。778咁低價5.85都俾你買到 ,真係通街平貨。誠哥今日又用左2億回購長實,都要跌9%,之前從中國撤資全力投入英國市場,勢估唔到淨係輸匯價都輸死。

  4. 何不放棄reits 778 ,而買入 14, 1972, 16, which have more growing potential in coming years

    I think 941 should be better than 778, only risk is just the cny depreciate in one year, but i dont think cn gov will allow large depreciate of cny

    1. bro, i always recommand 941, however REITS also have their own value...14, 1972, 16 is not restricted by the law, i am not worry about CNY, i just worry about anything unexpected.... i still have many 941, dont worry :)

    2. Reits under the backdrop of rate hike is likely keep free falling
      And potential div growth is limited as their borrowing will increase a lot and thier original leverage is already 30%+
